2 filter packs (4 g) was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 100 ml.

It is taken orally 1/2 cup 3 times a day before meals for 2-3 weeks.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before drinking.
