Chamomile flowers contain essential oil, flavonoids, coumarins and other biologically active substances.

Indications

For oral use: spastic conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, flatulence, gastritis, peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, colitis, enterocolitis, liver and biliary diseases, painful menstruation, uterine bleeding, neurosis.

For local use: inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sore throat); inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system; inflammation of the skin, wounds, ulcers.

3.0 g was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and infused for 15 minutes, pressing down periodically on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 100 ml.

Wet orally take 2-3 tablespoons of infusion 2-3 times a day before meals.

For mouth and throat rinses 1/2-1 cup of warm infusion 3-5 times a day.

For mikroklizm use 50 ml of warm infusion 1-2 times a day.

The course of treatment is 2 weeks.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
