Cardiomagnil, 75 mg+15, 2 mg 30 pcs

The drug Cardiomagnil has antiplatelet action, it is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent. The anti-inflammatory effect is associated with irreversible inhibition of cyclooxygenase-1 through acetylation reaction. Thromboxane A2 under the influence of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) is reduced by selective inhibition of its synthesis. It is likely that there are other mechanisms to reduce platelet aggregation during the action of ASA.

Indications

Stenocardia Used to prevent thrombosis in cardiovascular surgery (in the postoperative period after coronary angioplasty, coronary artery bypass grafting).

How to take, the dosage

1 tablet of cardiomagnil-forte or 2 tablets of cardiomagnil (150 g ASA) on the first day of treatment, then – 75 mg (1 tablet of cardiomagnil) once a day. The tablet should be swallowed with a small amount of water.

Interaction

Antacids and colestiramine reduce absorption of the drug.

Special Instructions

With caution is prescribed for gout and hyperuricemia (reduces excretion of uric acid).

Contraindications

– Renal insufficiency; – Taking methotrexate in dose more than 15 mg/week; – Age less than 18 years old. – susceptibility to bleeding or recent bleeding episode (hemorrhagic diathesis, hemorrhagic stroke, hypothrombinemia, gastrointestinal bleeding, hemophilia); – bronchial asthma in response to ASA administration; – allergy to drug components (especially ASA); – deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase;

Side effects

Hemorrhagic stroke, GI bleeding, allergic reactions, bronchospasm.

Overdose

If signs of overdose are detected, the patient is hospitalized, the stomach is washed, sorption enteral preparations are prescribed, and if necessary, alkaline diuresis is provided.
