A multicomponent collection, which includes: Valerian medicinal rhizomes with roots, Donica grass, Oregano grass, Motherwort grass, Thyme creeping grass.

The collection contains a complex of biologically active compounds: essential oils, flavonoids, coumarins.

The infusion prepared from the collection has sedative and antispasmodic.

Indications

– sleep disturbances;

– mental agitation;

– arterial hypertension (initial stages).

How to take, the dosage

The infusion is taken internally.

1 tbsp of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled for 45 minutes at room temperature, strain and bring the volume to 200 ml with boiled water.

Filter packets. Used in the form of infusion. 1 filter bag is placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, then squeeze the filter bag.

Take 1/2 cup 4 times a day 30 minutes before a meal. The course of treatment is 10-14 days, a break between courses of treatment – 10 days.

At the time of treatment, caution should be exercised when driving motor vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and rapid psychomotor reactions.
