Burdock root, 50 g

Decoction of burdock root has diuretic, moderate choleretic and diaphoretic effects, improves mineral metabolism.

It has local anti-inflammatory and wound healing effects.

Indications

The roots of burdock are used internally as a diuretic, choleretic and diaphoretic. Outwardly – for seborrhea, acne, eczema, itching, furunculosis.

Composition

Burdock root,

crushed (Radices Arctiumi lappae).

How to take, the dosage

10 g (1 tablespoon) of roots are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml. hot boiled water, cover and heat on a boiling water for 30 minutes with frequent stirring.

The decoction is cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes and filtered.

The remaining raw material is squeezed.

The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

It is taken warm 1/2 cup 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance.
