Composition

Althea roots – 40 %;

Mother-forehead common leaves – 40 %;

Olanthemum common herb – 20 %.

How to take, the dosage

3 filter pack (4.5 g) was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 20 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

Again, 1/2 to 1/3 cup of warm infusion 3-4 times a day after a meal for 2-3 weeks.

We recommend to shake the infusion before use.
