Calcium carbonate – is involved in the formation of bone tissue, blood clotting, in maintaining stable cardiac activity, in the transmission of nerve impulses.

The use of Ca2+ and vitamin D3 prevents increased production of parathyroid hormone, which is a stimulant of increased bone resorption.

Vitamin D3 – increases the absorption of Ca2+ in the intestine and reabsorption of phosphate in the kidneys and promotes bone mineralization.

Ascorbic acid – is necessary for the formation of collagen and reparative processes in tissues, plays an important role in the biological processes of oxidation and reduction, as well as in cellular respiration

How to take, the dosage

Children over 14 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day, adults: 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals.

The duration of treatment is 1 month.
