Recommendations for use

About 15 g (3 tablespoons) of the herbs are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and leave in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, and squeeze out the remaining raw materials.
