Birch buds 50 g

The infusion of birch buds has a diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect.

The birch buds contain essential oil, the main components of which are sesquiterpene compounds (betulin, betulenol, betulenic acid, caryophyllene), resins, tannins, flavonoids, saponins, macro- and microelements and other bioactive substances.

Indications

Edema of cardiac or renal origin of mild to moderate severity.

How to take, the dosage

About 10 g (1 tablespoon) of birch buds are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiling water to 200 ml.

It is taken orally 1 – 2 tablespoons 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

We recommend to shake the infusion before drinking.
