The drug Bilobil intens 120 of plant origin.

• It increases the body’s resistance to hypoxia, especially brain tissue, inhibits the development of traumatic or toxic cerebral edema, improves the cerebral and peripheral circulation, improves blood rheology.

• It has a dose-dependent regulatory effect on the vascular wall, dilates small arteries, increases the tone of the veins. Prevents the formation of free radicals and lipid peroxidation of cell membranes.

• Normalizes the release, re-uptake and catabolism of neurotransmitters (norepinephrine, dopamine, acetylcholine) and their ability to combine with receptors.

• It improves metabolism in organs and tissues, promotes the accumulation of macroenergies in cells, increased utilization of oxygen and glucose and normalization of mediator processes in the CNS.

Iron oxide red dye (E172) – 0.6%;

Titanium dioxide (E171) – 1.33%;

Iron oxide yellow dye (E172) – 0.27%;

Gelatin – up to 100%.

How to take, the dosage

Enually, 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. Capsules should be swallowed whole with a small amount of water, regardless of meals.

Take in the morning and evening if twice-daily dosing, preferably in the morning if once-daily dosing.

The course of treatment is at least 3 months. The first signs of improvement usually appear after 1 month. A repeated course is possible after consultation with a doctor.

Interaction

The use of the drug is not recommended in patients continuously taking drugs that reduce blood clotting (e.g., direct and indirect anticoagulants, acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs). Concomitant use with these drugs may increase the risk of bleeding due to prolongation of the clotting time.

Special Instructions

If a hypersensitivity reaction develops, the use of the drug should be discontinued.

You should inform your physician about the use of Bilobil Intens 120 before surgical intervention.

If dizziness and tinnitus recur, a physician should be consulted. If there is a sudden worsening or loss of hearing, you should see a physician immediately.

Patients with bleeding disorders (hemorrhagic diathesis) and patients receiving anticoagulant therapy should consult a physician before starting therapy with Bilobil Intens 120.

Influence on driving and operating machinery. During the use of the drug care should be taken when performing potentially hazardous activities requiring high concentration and quick psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles and operating moving mechanisms).

Contraindications

Side effects

WHO classification of the incidence of adverse effects: very common – ≥1/10; common – ≥1/100 to < 1/10; infrequent – ≥1/1000 to < 1/100; rare – ≥1/10000 to < 1/1000; very rare – < 1/10000; frequency unknown – cannot be estimated based on available data. Within each group, adverse effects are presented in decreasing order of severity.

From the digestive system:very rarely – nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Nervous system disorders:very rarely – headache, dizziness, insomnia.

Hemostatic system disorders:very rarely – decreased blood clotting, bleeding (with long-term use in patients who simultaneously took drugs that reduce blood clotting).

Allergic reactions:very rarely – skin redness, swelling, skin itching.

Others:very rarely – hearing disorders.

If any undesirable side effects occur, discontinue use and see your doctor.

Overdose

There are currently no reported cases of overdose of Bilobil Intens 120.

Pregnancy use

Bilobil Intens 120 is not recommended during pregnancy and while breastfeeding due to lack of experience.
