The optimal doses of B vitamins are required to support fast reactions and mental performance, energy metabolism in cells and the stability of the nervous system.

Positively affects the metabolism of folic acid, improves leukocytic function. Activates the formation of bone and connective tissue. Normalizes the permeability and strengthens the walls of small blood vessels (capillaries).
Calcium is involved in the most important physiological processes and is an integral part of the enzyme systems. In combination with pyridoxine and magnesium is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses.
Magnesium is involved in the synthesis of proteins, fatty acid metabolism, oxidation of sugars.
Zinc activates enzymes, is a structural component of hormone receptors and hormones, neuropeptides, proteins. It is directly involved in the production of coenzymes, pyridoxine derivatives.
Calcium, magnesium and zinc also contribute to better absorption of vitamins.

Thiosemicarbazone and 5-fluorouracil neutralize the effects of thiamine.
The antacid drugs inhibit thiamine resorption.
Neomycin, aminosalicylic acid and histamine H2-receptor blockers reduce absorption of cyanocobalamin.
Acetylsalicylic acid reduces absorption of ascorbic acid by approximately one third.
The oral contraceptives may decrease serum levels of cyanocobalamin, folic acid, pyridoxine, and ascorbic acid.
In some patients taking deferoxamine and ascorbic acid at a dose of 500 mg daily, transient left ventricular dysfunction may be noted.
