The decoction has astringent, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, hemostatic effect.

Indications

Inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat (stomatitis, gingivitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, periodontitis); in gynecology (vaginitis, colpitis, cervical erosion).

Composition

Badanum rhizomes.

The rhizomes contain tannins,

arbutin,

isocoumarin bergenin and other biologically active substances.

How to take, the dosage

Two filter packs (3.0 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 30 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze.

The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

The decoction is used topically for lotions and 1/2-1/3 cup for douches and gargles 2-3 times a day, the course of treatment is 5-14 days.

The decoction is recommended to shake before use.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, lactation, children under 18 years of age.
