Befungin regulates metabolic processes. It normalizes the functions of the gastrointestinal organs, has analgesic and general tonic effect.

Indications

Befungin is used mainly as a symptomatic remedy for chronic gastritis, dyskinesias of the gastrointestinal tract with symptoms of atony, for gastric ulcers, and also as a symptomatic remedy for oncological diseases.

Regulates metabolic processes, increases the body’s defenses, acts as a general tonic.

Special instructions

The drug contains at least 9% ethyl alcohol. The content of absolute ethyl alcohol in a single dose is up to 0.16 g, in the maximum daily dose – up to 1.48 g.
During treatment with the drug, a dairy-vegetable diet is indicated with the exception of canned food, spicy seasonings, and animal fats.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and machinery:
Care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Composition

To receive the drug you must:

Chagi – 1000.0 g,

Cobalt sulfate heptahydrate – 2.0 g,

Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) 95% – 100.0 g,

Purified water – until 1 liter of the drug is obtained.

Pregnancy

It is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding (due to the lack of special studies).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug, age under 18 years.

Side Effects

Allergic reactions.
With long-term use of the drug, dyspeptic symptoms are possible.

Interaction

The simultaneous use of penicillin and intravenous glucose is contraindicated.

Overdose

To date, no cases of overdose have been registered.
