A combined preparation for external use. It has antiseptic and locally irritating effect, accelerates the regeneration processes.

The birch hemp has keratoplastic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, locally irritating effects, improves the blood supply to tissues.

Tribromphenolate of bismuth and bismuth oxide complex (xeroform) has astringent, adsorptive, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic action. When used externally xeroform accelerates tissue regeneration.

Indications

Non-infected, long-term non-healing postoperative, post-traumatic wounds of the skin and soft tissues.

Pharmacological effect

Special instructions

Composition

Active ingredients:

birch tar – 3.0 g;

bismuth tribromophenolate and bismuth oxide complex – 3.0 g.

Excipients:

colloidal silicon dioxide – 5.0 g;

castor bean seed oil – 89.0 g.

Pregnancy

The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child.

Before using the drug, if you are pregnant, or think you might be pregnant, or are planning a pregnancy, you should consult your doctor during breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, acute purulent diseases of the skin and soft tissues (abscessing furuncle, carbuncle, phlegmon, abscess, hidradenitis, lymphadenitis, suppurating atheroma, lipoma, paraproctitis).

Long-term use may cause skin irritation.
