Pharmacodynamics
Asparkam is a source of potassium and magnesium ions, regulates metabolic processes. Mechanism of action is presumably related to the role of asparaginate as carrier of magnesium and potassium ions into intracellular space and participation of asparaginate in metabolic processes. Thus, Asparkam eliminates electrolyte imbalance, decreases myocardial excitability and conduction (moderate antiarrhythmic effect).
