Ascorbic acid is involved in the regulation of redox processes of carbohydrate metabolism blood coagulation tissue regeneration helps to increase the body’s resistance.

Rutoside (derivative of rutin) eliminates the increased permeability of capillaries strengthens the vascular wall, reducing swelling and inflammation. It also has antiplatelet properties which improve microcirculation.

Indications

Hypo- and avitaminosis of ascorbic acid and rutoside. As part of complex therapy in varicose veins trophic disorders and skin ulcers in chronic venous insufficiency; in hemorrhagic diathesis.

Composition

Active ingredients:

Ascorbic acid – 0.05 g (in terms of 100% substance)

Rutin (rutoside) – 0.05 g (in terms of 100% substance)

Excipients:

sucrose (white sugar), potato starch, polyvinylpyrrolidone low molecular weight medical 12600 ± 2700, colloidal silicon dioxide, calcium stearate.

How to take, the dosage

Inside 1 tablet 2-3 times a day with or after a meal. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

Interaction

Ascorbic acid increases absorption of drugs of penicillin iron group; reduces the clinical effect of heparin and indirect anticoagulants, which requires dosage adjustment if they are used simultaneously.

Special Instructions

Patients with diabetes mellitus need to be aware that one tablet of the drug contains about 02 g of carbohydrates (0017 CFU).

Influence on the ability to control motor vehicle and machine:

The use of the drug does not influence the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities requiring high concentration and quick psychomotor reactions (driving, operating moving machinery).

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; congenital fructose intolerance glucose-galactose malabsorption sugar/isomaltase deficiency childhood age.

With caution:

Conditions accompanied by blood hypercoagulation and susceptibility to thrombosis thrombophlebitis diabetes.

Overdose

The use of excessive doses of the drug may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache.

Treatment: symptomatic forced diuresis.

Pregnancy use
