Recommendations for use: take 2 tablets 2 times a day during meals with water.
When taking the daily dosage, the body will receive at least:

Chromium 12 µgManganese 1 mg

Iodine 20 mcg

The duration of treatment – 15 days. The dietary supplementation can be repeated if necessary.
