Directions for use

To flush the nasal and nasopharyngeal mucosa, it is recommended to make 2-5 irrigations in each nasal passage, wait 1-3 minutes and remove the nasal contents. Then make one more irrigation to ensure that the solution remains on the mucosa. To prevent ARVI use after visiting public places, after contact with patients, as well as morning and evening for cleansing and daily hygiene. To prevent the development of allergic reactions during periods of contact with allergens, use every 1-2 hours.

Wash the nozzle with running water after using the spray. The spray can be used multiple times and it is acceptable to transfer the solution from the 300 ml rinse aid to the spray. Before transfilling, rinse the nozzle and bottle with a soapy solution and rinse with hot water.

The duration of use of the product is not limited. In case of acute inflammatory process and thick mucus use hypertonic solution (2%) of lake salt (brine) to eliminate edema and liquefy the sinus contents.
