For children under 2 years old.

Nasal rinsing in a young child is carried out in a lying position:

turn the child’s head to the side;

remove the remaining washing liquid using an aspirator, repeat the procedure if necessary.

Carry out the procedure with the other nasal passage.

For children over 2 years old and adults:

Instructions for sanitization:
