Pharmacological properties

Preparation based on hypertonic sterile sea water solution is used for therapeutic, preventive and hygienic purposes to cleanse, relieve irritation and protect the throat mucosa.

Microelements contained in the preparation increase resistance of the throat mucous membrane to pathogenic bacteria and viruses and contribute to increase local immunity.

Indications

Composition

Topical spray

100% sterile, hypertonic Adriatic Sea water solution, with natural salts and trace elements.

Lack of preservatives.

Presence of ions:

Sodium (Na+ ) – at least 7.50 mg/mL;

Calcium (Ca2+) – at least 0.25 mg/mL;

Potassium (K+ ) – not less than 0.20 mg/ml;

Magnesium (Mg2+ ) – not less than 1.00 mg/ml;

Chlorides (Cl¯) – not less than 16.50 mg/ml;

Sulfates (SO4 2-) – not less than 1.80 mg/ml;

Hydrocarbonates (HCO3 ¯) – not less than 0.10 mg/ml;

Bromides (Br¯) – not less than 0.04 mg/ml.

How to take, the dosage

Spray for topical application.

Adults and children 4-6 times a day, 3-4 injections, directing the sprayer to the back of the throat.

Turn the nebulizer horizontally before use.

When using for the first time, press the cap several times.

Interaction

The drug has no systemic effects on the body, no interaction with other drugs was noted.

Possible use with other drugs used to treat inflammatory diseases of the throat.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose

There have been no recorded cases of overdose.
