The Aqua Maris® Nasopharyngeal Lavage provides effective and gentle clearing of mucus and foreign particles and is recommended for use:

• in acute and chronic rhinitis

• in acute respiratory infections

• Allergic rhinitis

• in acute and chronic maxillary sinusitis, phrenitis, ethmoiditis

• In adenoiditis

• In case of extremely dry nasal mucosa and crust formation

• frequently ill patients

• After nasal surgery (on doctor’s recommendation).

Indications

Aqua Maris® rinsing agent provides effective and gentle removal of mucus and foreign particles from the nasopharynx and is recommended for use:

for acute and chronic rhinitis

with ARVI

for allergic rhinitis

for acute and chronic sinusitis, frontal sinusitis, ethmoiditis

with adenoiditis

with increased dryness of the nasal mucosa and the formation of crusts

frequently ill patients

after surgery on the nasal cavity (on the recommendation of a doctor).

Contraindications

Acute otitis and exacerbation of chronic otitis, individual intolerance to the components of the rinsing agent, frequent nosebleeds, benign and malignant neoplasms in the nasal cavity, complete obstruction of the nasal passages, children under 3 years of age.

Recommendations for use

Cut the bag and pour the sea salt into the device.
Fill the device with boiled water at body temperature to the mark and stir until the salt is completely dissolved.
Find a comfortable position in front of the sink. Tilt your head forward and turn slightly to the side.
Take a deep breath and hold your breath. Place the tip of the device on the superior nostril so that it is pressed firmly against it.
Tilt the device so that the solution begins to flow from the tip of the device into the nasal passage. The solution will flow out of the opposite nostril.
To remove any remaining solution from your nose, blow your nose without changing the position of your head.
Then blow your nose in a straight position.
Repeat the procedure with the other nostril.
After use, rinse the device with cool water and dry it well.

It is recommended to use sea salt solution daily.
