Anti-adhesin gel 5 g

The gel Antiadhesin^® contains a highly purified sodium salt of hyaluronic acid obtained without the use of genetically modified microorganisms.

Sterile biocompatible, biodegradable, bioabsorbable, apyrogenic product.

Contains no antigens.

Indications

Antiadgesin gel is intended for the prevention of adhesions after operations on organs and tissues that have a serous coating (abdominal cavity, tendon sheaths, joints, pleural cavity, pericardial cavity, membranes of the spinal cord and brain,
middle ear cavity, nasal cavity, testicular membranes). The gel can be used in operations where there is a risk of soft tissue adhesion.

Pharmacological effect

Possible risks when using
Individual intolerance reactions, infection, pain, inflammation.
Safety and effectiveness of using this product in combination with other anti-adhesion barriers, hemostatic agents, and medications; in patients with lymphatic diseases and coagulation disorders; in patients with severely impaired liver and kidney function; in patients with malignant neoplasms; Pregnant and lactating women have not been identified. It is recommended not to allow pregnancy to occur until after the first menstrual cycle after using the product.

Aseptically sterilized (ethylene oxide). Single use.

Sodium hyaluronate 2.50 mg
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose 5.00 mg
NaCl 8.00 mg
KCl 0.20 mg
KH2PO4 0.20 mg
Na2HPO4 1.15 mg
Water for injection 1 ml

Contraindications

Do not administer to patients with established hypersensitivity reactions to hyaluronic acid, carboxymethylcellulose and their salts.
The use of Antiadhesin gel is contraindicated in case of obvious infection or contamination at the surgical site.
Do not use in patients with autoimmune diseases or immune disorders.

Recommendations for use

Preparing for work
Open the package and, observing aseptic requirements, place the syringe and application catheter into the sterile area of ​​the surgical unit.
Remove the rubber cap from the luer lock by turning the syringe body.
Connect the application catheter in the sheath to the luer lock of the syringe and turn it clockwise until a fixed connection is achieved. The cover is removed immediately before use.
Operating procedure
The intended treatment area should be as dry as possible. It is necessary to aspirate excess fluid for lavage and ensure proper hemostasis.
Carefully apply gel to all anatomical surfaces that require prevention of adhesions.
Dispose of the remaining gel, used syringe and catheter.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature of 1-30°C. Shelf life 24 months from the date of production.

Do not use a product that has expired!
The product must be used in accordance with the instructions for use.
Do not use a product with damaged packaging or traces of moisture inside the packaging!
The product is sterile!
Disposable product. The product should not be re-sterilized.

Dispose of the syringe, catheter and gel in accordance with local regulations.
