The action of ANAURETTE Ear Cleansing Spray combines mechanical cleansing with the action of Phitosqualan®, a natural olive oil derivative.

The active ingredient of Phitosqualan is an olive oil extract. Its structure and properties are similar to those of earwax, but it is in a liquid state.

When sprayed into the external auditory canal, its particles collide with slow-moving wax particles. As with any collision, some of the kinetic energy is transferred to the ear plug wax particles, allowing them to be converted into a liquid state.

The mineral oil in ANAURETTE is a solvent and also washes away dissolved wax.
