Tablet #3 (white with creamy tint):

B5(pantothenic acid) 5 mg, B9 (folic acid) 300 µg, B12 3 µg, D3 10 µg, H (biotin) 30 µg, K1(vitamin K) 60 µg, calcium 250 mg, chromium 25 µg, phosphorus 125 mg.

How to take, the dosage

Take one tablet of each color per day, 4-6 hours apart.

The tablets should be taken with meals, swallowed whole with plenty of water.

If the recommended dosing schedule has been violated, you can resume taking the medication from any tablet.

The daily dose, three different pills, can also be taken at the same time.
