How to take, the dosage

Take one tablet of each color per day, in any order, at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The tablets are recommended to be taken with meals, swallowed whole and washed down with a small amount of water.

If the recommended dosing schedule has been violated, you can resume from any tablet or take the missed tablets with the next one.
The daily allowance, 3 different tablets, can also be taken at the same time.
