ALFAVIT Effekt contains 13 vitamins and 9 minerals. Vitamin-mineral complex ALFAVIT Effekt is designed for people with an active lifestyle. It compensates increased consumption of vitamins and minerals during intensive physical and mental activity.
The complex includes tonic plant extracts and natural energy, as well as all necessary vitamins and minerals.

The morning (red) tablet contains two very important amino acids for energy, carnitine and taurine, as well as extracts of eleutherococcus and green tea.

Carnitine is necessary for the body to use fat as fuel. If there is a lack of this amino acid, the functioning of the heart muscle, the energy supply of which is based on the “burning” of fats, may be impaired.

Taurine regulates water-salt balance, participates in the process of nerve impulse transmission as a neurotransmitter and improves energy of the heart muscle.

Eleuterococcus (Siberian ginseng) is well known for its tonic, adaptogenic, immunomodulatory effects. It improves cell metabolism, the functional state of the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

Green tea extract is one of the most powerful natural antioxidants and has a mild tonic effect.

Lipoic and succinic acids are essential in the basic cellular energy process (Krebs Cycle). Supplementation of these substances ensures maintenance of high performance, promotes rapid recovery and reduces fatigue.

It is recommended that lipoic and succinic acids be taken together, since they both work for the same energy process but in different ways. Amber acid is directly involved in the Krebs cycle reactions, and lipoic acid is involved as a coenzyme of these reactions.

How to take, the dosage

Children over 14 years of age and adults one tablet of each type per day with meals (#1, #2, #3 – at breakfast, lunch and dinner, in that order).
