Properties of ingredients

The division of the daily dose of vitamin-mineral complex ALFAVIT into three tablets, each containing only compatible substances, eliminates the negative interaction of the components. For example, calcium and iron are diluted into different pills, because the first mineral reduces assimilation of the second one by half. By taking into account all the known facts of the interaction of substances, the effectiveness of the vitamin prophylaxis increases by 30-50%.

The action of the vitamin and mineral complex is determined by the properties of its constituents. Vitamin D3 promotes the absorption of calcium and maintains its balance in bone tissue. How to take, the dosage

Internal, with meals. Adults (over 50 years of age) – 1 tablet of each type per day (in any order).

If the recommended schedule of taking was violated, you can resume from any tablet or take the missed tablets with the next one.

The daily allowance of 3 different pills can also be taken at the same time.

The duration of intake is 1 month.
