Pharmacological properties

Combined remedy that increases the formation of bile and bile acids. The action of bile is caused by its reflexive action on the secretory function of the liver parenchyma. Bile also increases the secretory and motor functions of the gastrointestinal tract. The substances in garlic increase the secretory and motor function of the gastrointestinal tract and stimulate the secretion of bile. Nettle leaves have choleretic and anti-inflammatory properties. Activated charcoal is an adsorbent that binds toxic substances in the gastrointestinal tract.

Indications

Used in chronic hepatitis, cholangitis, cholelithiasis and habitual constipation due to bowel atony.

Composition

Active ingredients:

Bile condensed (in terms of dry matter) -0.08 g;

dried garlic – 0.04 g;

Nettle leaves – 0.005 g;

Activated charcoal – 0.025 g.

Excipients: magnesium oxide, starch, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, sucrose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium hydroxycarbonate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, talc, tropeolin O, beeswax, vaseline oil.

How to take, the dosage

Is taken orally after a meal. Adults – 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.

In exacerbation of the disease take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day for 1-2 months.

Repeated courses of treatment are carried out at intervals of 3 months.

Contraindications

Obturative jaundice, calculous cholecystitis, acute hepatitis, acute and subacute liver dystrophy, acute pancreatitis, gastric and 12 duodenal ulcer in the acute phase, hypersensitivity to the drug.

Allergic reactions and diarrhea are possible. If they occur, stop using the drug and consult a physician.
