Acylact, vaginal suppositories 10 pcs

Acylact has high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and opportunistic microbes, including staphylococci, enteropathogenic E. coli and proteins, which determines the corrective action of the drug in violation of the bacteriocenosis of the female genitalia.

Indications

The combined use of suppositories and one of the oral forms of acylactam is recommended.

Active ingredient

Composition

1 sup contains live individuals of acidophilic lactobacilli not less than 107.

suppository base:

solid fat;

paraffin;

emulsifier.

How to take, the dosage

Before intravaginal administration the suppository is removed from the packaging material.

In the treatment of senile vaginitis of hormonal nature and vaginal dysbiosis Acylact is prescribed 1 suppository 2 times a day for 5-10 days.

In case of violation of the purity of the vaginal secretion in pregnant women up to degree III-IV the drug is used 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days or more with the control of restoration of the purity of the vaginal secretion to degree I-II and the disappearance of clinical symptoms.

In order to prevent purulent-septic complications 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days before the expected surgery or delivery.

In order to restore therapy after administration of antibiotics 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 10 days is used.

The course is repeated as prescribed by the doctor in 10-20 days.

Special Instructions

The use of Acelact suppositories can be combined with simultaneous prescription of antimicrobial, antiviral and immunomodulatory therapy.

However, it is not recommended to combine with simultaneous local administration of antibacterial drugs.

Contraindications

The contraindication to the prescription of Acylact in suppositories is candidiasis, since in some cases the rapid shift of pH to the acidic side promotes the growth of fungi.

Acilact in this case is used after specific antifungal therapy or after the use of Bifidumbacterin in suppositories.
