Pharmacodynamics

The drug has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, wound healing, antibacterial, analgesic, anti-exudative effect due to the properties of natural terpenoids in its composition. It has a wide range of antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including antibiotic-resistant strains. It creates optimal conditions for healing of the wound surface of soft tissues, accelerates the process of epithelization, improves microcirculation.

The drug has no toxic properties, no teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic effects which allows its use in all age groups. Strong>Pharmacokinetics

The drug is not absorbed when applied topically or topically; therefore, no pharmacokinetic studies are possible.

Indications

In otorhinolaryngology: otitis, eustachianitis, sinusitis, rhinitis, rhinopharyngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, conditions after tonsillectomy, laryngitis, etc.

In dentistry: parodontosis, stomatitis, gingivitis, alveolitis, complications of dental prosthetics.

In dermatology:Horny inflammation, pyoderma (superficial staphylo- and streptoderma).

In general surgical practice: purulent inflammatory diseases of the skin and soft tissues trophic ulcers and long non-healing purulent postoperative and post-traumatic wounds, fistulas, bedsores, burns and frostbite, abscesses and phlegmons, including maxillofacial area).

Composition

Active ingredient:

Abisil (Siberian fir terpenes) with a content of boronyl acetate 10.0% – 20.0 g

Ancillary substance: Sunflower oil – up to 100 g.

How to take, the dosage

Topically, externally.

In otitis:inject a swab moistened with the drug into the external auditory canal.

In the treatment of rhinitis, sinusitis:inject into each nasal passage 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day.

In maxillary sinuses the drug is injected into the maxillary sinus after its preliminary sanation.

In the treatment of tonsillitis and other inflammatory diseases of the throat: treat mucous membranes with the drug 2-3 times a day.

In inflammatory processes in the maxillofacial area: after opening and surgical treatment of abscesses and phlegmon pockets and postoperative wounds, swabs soaked in the drug are inserted. The procedure is repeated daily for 5-7 days.

In oral diseases: treat the affected mucosal surface 2-3 times a day or apply turundas moistened with the drug.

In case of skin diseases (rusty inflammation, pyoderma):The drug is applied 1-3 times a day with a thin layer on the affected areas. The duration of the course is individual and depends on the severity of the disease.

In purulent inflammatory diseases of the skin and soft tissues: prior surgical treatment of the wound surface and then apply the drug 1-2 times a day in an even thin layer. Duration of treatment depends on the form and severity of the disease (usually 5-10 days) and ends with the appearance of fresh granulation, islets of epithelium or full epithelialization.

If there is no improvement during treatment, or if symptoms worsen or new symptoms develop, a doctor should be consulted.

Interaction

Special Instructions

The bottle should be shaken before use.

Please avoid contact of the product with the conjunctiva of the eye; if contact occurs, just rinse the eye with water.

Do not apply to wet skin.

Influence on ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery

The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration and quick psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, operating moving machinery, work of a dispatcher, operator).
