Recommendations for use

Apply the gel to problem areas and rub in with light movements until completely absorbed. After applying the product, a possible rest period of 20-30 minutes is recommended. Possible combination with massage treatments.
Use 2 – 3 times a day until symptoms of fatigue and/or agitation completely disappear. Does not require rinsing.
