The cranberry extract in Uro-Ursi™ contains benzoic acid, which enhances the effect of antibiotics and sulfonamides. Cranberry contains citric, quinic, benzoic and oleic acids, vitamins C and P, carotene, saponins, amino acids, rutin, quercitin, glycoside, trace elements (iodine, iron, copper, manganese). Cranberry tannin has a special ability to adhere to various pathogenic bacteria and excrete them with urine.
Powder of bearberry extract included in the composition of Uro-Ursi™ contains phenolicoside arbutin (6%), degradable in the body to form hydroquinone (the main disinfectant), tannins and flavonoids. The extract of bearberry has anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects. Antimicrobial and antiseptic properties of bearberry provided glycoside arbutin, which is cleaved in the body, releasing hydroquinone. Hydroquinone excreted with urine through the kidneys, increases urinary excretion and has an antimicrobial effect. Extract of bearberry also has astringent, moderate analgesic and choleretic effect.
Powder of vitamin C (Ester-C) which is part of the Uro-Ursi ™, activates all the enzymes in the body. Vitamin C (Ester-C) plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of various infectious diseases in animals; it inhibits the growth of certain harmful bacteria and even kills them and oxidizes urine. Vitamin C (Ester-C) improves absorption, does not irritate the gastrointestinal tract mucosa and prevents the elimination of vitamin C (Ester-C) within 24 hours after intake.

Recommendations for use

Used in cats and dogs for 14 days. For animals weighing up to 10 kg, 1 capsule per day, for animals weighing up to 20 kg – 2 capsules, for animals weighing over 20 kg – 3 capsules once a day.
It is allowed to mix the contents of the capsule with food.
