Composition
The starter contains live thermophilic lactobacillus of the following strains:

Directions for use
Stir a sachet of Caprine sourdough starter for YOGO yogurt into 1-3 liters of milk (it should be boiled and cooled before making yogurt).
Soak the resulting mixture for 8-10 hours at a temperature of 38-42°C (you can use a multicooker or yogurt machine).
After the product has reached a thick consistency, the yogurt is ready to eat.
