How to take, the dosage

About 15 g (3 tablespoons) of the herb is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml. It is taken orally warm 2 – 3 tablespoons 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

We recommend to shake the infusion before drinking.
