Composition

film-coated tablets, each active tablet contains:

ethinylestradiol 0.03 mg,

drospirenone 3.00 mg.

How to take, the dosage

The tablets should be taken orally in the order given on the package, at about the same time every day, with a little water.

Take one tablet a day continuously for 21 days.

The next pack begins after a 7-day break in the dragee intake, during which withdrawal bleeding usually occurs.

If the drug is missed it is necessary to follow the rules for taking missed pills.

Contraindications

Thrombosis and thromboembolism, as well as conditions preceding thrombosis, current or history, cerebrovascular disorders; migraine with focal neurological symptoms, current or history; diabetes mellitus with vascular complications; multiple or pronounced risk factors for venous or arterial thrombosis, including complicated heart valve lesions; atrial fibrillation; cerebral or coronary artery disease; uncontrolled arterial hypertension; major surgery with prolonged immobilization; smoking over the age of 35 pancreatitis with significant hypertriglyceridemia, current or history; liver failure and severe liver disease (until liver tests return to normal); liver tumors (benign or malignant), current or history; severe renal failure, acute renal failure adrenal insufficiency; identified hormone-dependent malignancies (including genital or mammary glands) or suspected malignancies; vaginal bleeding of unclear genesis; pregnancy or suspected pregnancy; breast-feeding period; hypersensitivity to any of the components of Yarin.

Side effects

Menstrual disorders such as irregular bleeding (oozing or bleeding) may occur, especially during the first months of use.
