Vitalipid N for children, concentrate 10 ml 10 pcs

Vitalipid H for children is a white opaque homogeneous emulsion for intravenous administration as a source of energy and essential fatty acids.

Vitalipid contains purified soybean oil emulsified with purified egg phospholipids and fat-soluble vitamins A, E, K1, D2.

Vitalipid H has a replenishing effect on the deficiency of fat-soluble vitamins.

Indications

VITALIPID N for children is used for parenteral nutrition as a supplement that provides the daily requirement for fat-soluble vitamins A, D2, E, K1 in infants and children under 11 years of age.

Composition

1 ml of the emulsion contains:

acting ingredients:

retinol palmitate 135.3 µg (corresponding to 69 µg of retinol),

phytomenadione 20 µg,

p> ergocalciferol 1.0 µg,

alpha-tocopherol 0.64 mg,

excipients:

soybean oil, 100 mg;

Egg yolk phospholipids, 12 mg;

Glycerol anhydrous – 22 mg;

Sodium hydroxide 1M* – q.s. to pH 8;

water for injection – up to 1 ml.

How to take, the dosage

Dilute before use. Children under 11 years of age are prescribed: 1 hour before infusion under aseptic conditions, one ampoule (10 ml) of Vitalipid H children is added to 500 ml of Intralipid 10% and 20%. The resulting solution is stirred by gentle rocking, then used for parenteral infusions in accordance with Intralipid instructions for use. The resulting solution should be used within 24 hours.

Vitalipid N children can be used to dilute Soluvit H (covers the daily requirement for water-soluble vitamins). 10 ml of Vitalipid H children are sterilely added to the vial with Soluvit H, then the resulting solution is sterilely transferred to the vial with Intralipid.

Interaction

Vitalipid H pediatric can only be added to those drugs with which compatibility is not in doubt. The following solutions are recommended:

Vitalipid H for children can only be used diluted.
