The infusion of mother-oil leaves has an expectorant and mild anti-inflammatory effect.

Mucilage, organic acids and saponins help to liquefy viscous secretions in the upper respiratory tract and improve phlegm discharge.

Indications

Inflammatory respiratory diseases (laryngitis, tracheitis, chronic bronchitis, bronchopneumonia) accompanied by cough with difficult to remove sputum.

How to take, the dosage

Approximately 10 g (2 tablespoons) of mother-oil leaves are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiling water to 200 ml.

Here it is taken orally warm 2-3 tablespoons 2-3 times a day 1 hour before meals.

We recommend to shake the infusion before drinking.
