How to take, the dosage

Intravenously (by trickle or drip).

The solution is heated to 36-38 ° C before administration.

In severe forms of diseases (hypovolemic infectious-toxic shock, inadequate capillary perfusion, lecompensated metabolic acidosis, anuria) start with a stream administration of Trisol with subsequent transition to drip administration.

In milder forms of diseases (intoxication and dehydration of the body, metabolic acidosis, oliguria) the drug can be limited to drip administration.

The solution is administered in the amounts necessary to restore the volume of fluid lost with feces, vomit, urine, sweat. The drug is administered under control of laboratory indices. The balance of injected and lost fluid is determined every 6 hours.

Special Instructions

If hyperkalemia develops, the drug should be replaced with sodium acetate/NaCl solution until the electrolyte balance is normalized.

Heat the solution to 36-38 degrees C before administration

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hyperkalemia, renal and heart failure.

Side effects

Oedema, tachycardia. In some cases, chills may occur; if hyperkalemia develops, replace with sodium acetate + sodium chloride solution
