Pregnancy use

There are no reliable data on the use of Tisin® Alergy Nasal Spray in pregnant women.

Therefore, the drug should not be used in pregnancy unless the anticipated benefit to the mother justifies the potential risk to the fetus.

Based on determinations of levocabastine concentrations in the saliva and breast milk of nursing women who have received a single oral dose of 0.5 mg of levocabastine, approximately 0.6% of the total intranasal dose of levocabastine is expected to be absorbed by the baby during breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding should be discontinued if the drug is to be administered during lactation.
