Composition

Thyme herb contains essential oil, tannins, bitterness, gum, triterpenoids (ursolic and oleanolic acids), flavonoids, macro- and microelements, etc.

How to take, the dosage

1 filter bag put in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and infused for 15 minutes. Filter-pack squeeze, the amount received infusion bring boiled water to 100 ml.
Inside take 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day. To rinse the mouth and throat use 1/2 – 1 cup 3-4 times a day in a warm form. Before using the infusion is recommended to shake.
