Glucosamine hydrochloride 500 mg;

Chondroitin sulfate sodium 400 mg.

Auxiliary substances:

Stearic acid,

Magnesium stearate,

Manganese sulfate.

gelatin.

How to take, the dosage

Interaction

It improves absorption of tetracyclines, reduces the effect of semi-synthetic penicillins and chloramphenicol.

The drug is compatible with NSAIDs and glucocorticosteroids.

Chondroitin sulfate may increase the effect of anticoagulants.

Special Instructions

In case of adverse reactions from the digestive system, the drug dose should be reduced by half, and if there is no improvement – discontinue the drug.

Synopsis

Contraindications

– hypersensitivity;

– severe chronic renal failure;

– pregnancy;

– lactation period;

– age under 15 years.

With cautiousness the drug should be prescribed in diabetes mellitus, susceptibility to bleeding, bronchial asthma.

Side effects

Theraflex® is well tolerated by patients.

Gastrointestinal disorders (epigastric pain, flatulence, diarrhea, constipation), dizziness, headache, leg pain and peripheral edema, drowsiness, insomnia, tachycardia, allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose

Symptoms: cases of overdose are unknown. In case of overdose of chondroitin sulfate hemorrhagic rash, nausea, vomiting are possible.

Treatment:gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.
