Anti-inflammatory, fills the endogenous glucosamine deficiency, increases joint capsule permeability, restores enzymatic processes in the cells of synovial membrane and articular cartilage. Promotes sulfur fixation in the synthesis of chondroitinic acid, facilitates normal calcium deposition in bone tissue, inhibits the development of degenerative processes in joints, restores their function, reducing joint pain.

Fast and completely absorbed in the small intestine. Bioavailability 26%, half-life 70 hours.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to glucosamine and other components of the drug. Severe chronic renal failure, phenylketonuria, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years.
With caution: bronchial asthma, diabetes. If intolerance of seafood (shrimp and shellfish) the possibility of allergic reactions to the drug increases.
