How to take, the dosage

Staphylococcus aureus vaccine is injected subcutaneously in the shoulder or scapula area in children starting from 6 months old, adolescents and adults.
The course of treatment of adults and children from 7 years of age consists of single daily injections according to the following scheme:
Day 1 – 0.2 ml, day 2 – 0.3 ml, day 3 – 0.4 ml, day 4 – 0.5 ml, day 5 – 0.6 ml, day 6 – 0.7 ml, day 7 – 0.8 ml, day 8 – 0.9 ml, day 9 – 1.0 ml.
For children from 6 months to 7 years the dose for the first injection is 0.1 ml.

In case of widespread skin lesions with relapses, it is advisable to repeat the course of treatment with the same regimen in 10-15 days.

Special Instructions

Vaccine ampoule opening and vaccination procedure shall be carried out in strict compliance with the rules of asepsis and antiseptics. Vaccine in the opened ampoule must be used immediately.

Contraindications

Acute infectious (non-staphylococcal etiology) and non-infectious diseases, including the period of recuperation, chronic diseases at the stage of exacerbation or decompensation; liver and kidney diseases.

The treatment with Staphylococcus aureus vaccine is carried out not earlier than one month after recovery (remission).

Skin hyperemia and slight soreness may develop at the site of drug administration.
