Sodium nucleinate, 250 mg 50 pcs

Pharmacological action – regenerating, leukopoietic, immunostimulating.

Accelerates regeneration processes, stimulates medullary hematopoiesis, including leukopoiesis. It has immunostimulating effect: it increases migration and co-operation of T- and B-lymphocytes, phagocytic activity of macrophages and activity of non-specific resistance factors.

It is effective in diseases accompanied or accompanied by immunodeficiency states.

Composition

1 tablet contains sodium nucleinate (in terms of dry substance) – 250 mg.
in a pack of 50 pieces.

Excipients: calcium stearate, potato starch, polyvinylpyrrolidone low molecular weight, refined sugar, aerosil, beeswax, titanium dioxide, food gelatin, magnesium carbonate base, sunflower oil, paraffin, talc.

How to take, the dosage

Ingestion, after meals.

The daily dose is 1 to 2 g in 3 to 4 doses.

The course of treatment is 10 days (up to 6 weeks depending on the severity of the disease).

Patients of elderly and senile age with lowered immune status – 1 to 1.5 g/d for 2 to 3 weeks twice a year (in spring and in autumn).

In case of leukopenia in adults – 1 tablet 2 – 3 times a day, the course of treatment is determined individually, on average 10 days.

The course of therapy with the drug (including for the treatment of chronic diseases) can be carried out two to three times during the year.

Side effects

In rare cases, allergic reactions are possible.

Pregnancy use

It is contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
