How to take, the dosage

Daily dose (1-2 tablets) shilajit pre-dissolve in 3 tbsp. warm water. Take 1 tbsp. in the morning on an empty stomach, at lunch – 1 hour before a meal and in the evening 2-3 hours after a meal before going to bed.

Course treatment can be of two types: according to some researchers, the course is 10 days, repeated after a 5-day break. For chronic diseases, 3-4 courses of treatment are necessary. According to other data the course of continuous use mumie must be 25-30 days, followed by a 10-day break before repeating the course.

When fractures, septic wounds and ulcers are combined with ingestion tamponiruyut wound edges with the same solution.

In hemorrhoids take mumie orally, and mixed (slightly diluted with water) in a ratio of 1:6-1:8 with honey and injected into the rectum at night for 1-2 months. The course of treatment is repeated after a one-month break.
