How to take, the dosage

1 filter bag (2.0 g) collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bag with a spoon, then it squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiling water to 100 ml.

When taken orally 1/2 cup of warm infusion 3 – 4 times a day after a meal for 2-3 weeks. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
