When taking dietary supplements in the recommended amounts (1 cup of infusion per day) the body will receive on average: flavonoids (in terms of rutin) – 8.9 mg, which provides 30% of the adequate level of consumption (30 mg *); polyphenol compounds (in terms of gallic acid) – 22.0 mg, which provides 22% of the adequate level of consumption (100 mg *).
