Hematogen is a means of correcting metabolic processes. It is a source of complete protein, fats, carbohydrates and minerals, which are contained in proportions close to the composition of human blood. The drug stimulates hematopoiesis, promotes iron absorption in the intestines, increases the hemoglobin content in the blood, regulates redox processes in the body.

Auxiliary substances: condensed whole milk with sugar, starch syrup, granulated sugar, vanillin

Directions for use

Hematogen is taken orally. For preventive purposes, children over 2 years of age, adolescents and adults are prescribed 1-2 bars 2-3 times a day for 1-2 months. In the period of recuperation after iron deficiency anemia the drug is prescribed 2 bars per day for 2 months.
