The hot-water bottle, as well as medications, is prescribed by the doctor.

The water-filled rubber heating pad can be hot or cold, sometimes even small pieces of ice are added to it. Long-term use of such a device is possible only in the cold season, when the warming device is placed under the feet before going to bed, in other cases the therapy is limited to a single use of the heating pad.

Directions for use

Before using the heating pad, rinse it with hot water at not more than 90°C, wipe the outside twice with a cotton swab soaked in 1% chloramine or 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with 0.5% detergent solution (Novosti, Astra, Progress, Lotus) by mass, then rinse under running water.
