Special instructions

– do not use if there is mechanical damage to the product (swelling, cracks, delamination, thickening, etc.);

– do not place the tube more than 3 times a day and not earlier than 3-4 hours after the last procedure.

Do not leave your child alone with a tube inserted. Do not use the straw more than three times a day. Excessive use may reduce your baby’s natural bowel reflexes.

Keep away from sharp and cutting objects.

Recommendations for use

To stimulate the passage of gases, massage the abdomen clockwise.

Place the child in a supine position with the legs raised and slightly pressed to the stomach; lubricate the rounded end of the tube with Vaseline or baby cream.

With one hand, spread the buttocks, with the other, slowly insert the tube into the anus with rotational movements.

The tube should be inserted freely; if you feel any obstacles, stop moving the tube forward! Procedure time up to 10 minutes.

If there is an accumulation of dense feces in the intestines, it is necessary to make a microenema before inserting the tube (for example, with glycerin or lactulose – as recommended by a specialist).

If the gases do not pass away, you can try to reduce or increase the depth of insertion of the tube by 1 – 1.5 cm (do all this with extreme caution).

After the procedure time has expired, remove the tube from the rectum.

After removing the tube, wipe the perianal area with a tissue.
